The alps never cease to amaze me with their peculiar weather patterns. Yesterday we skied in a blizzard and today rain...and as you can see from the photo we're back to a white out. Speaking with one of the instructors they have a name for this falling white stuff, l'or blanc (white gold).
Tricky decision at lunchtime whether to go back out having seen 40 very sodden children come in after the first session. The decision was made to only let those back up the mountain who wanted to go and who's kit was relatively dry, others stayed back here in the hotel to dry off and warm up.
Tomorrow it's business as usual and hopefully we'll be able to crack in with some photos of the groups in action.
