OUTBOUND journey - Saturday 9th December 2017

0515 Arrive at Shoreham College to register and load the coach

0530 Leave for London Gatwick

0655 Check-in at London Gatwick

0855 Depart BA2742 for Geneva

1145 Arrive at Geneva, get luggage, depart by coach to Alpe D’Huez

1600 (approx) Arrive at Clubhotel Belle Aurore, Alpe D’Huez

** Please note that a packed lunch will be required as the first meal in the Hotel will be provided in the evening, although there will be some refreshments on the plane. Please make sure you don't pack liquids in hand luggage as this causes an issue with security at London Gatwick airport. We suggest buying a bottle of water at the airport after passing through security checks.

0925 Check-in at Geneva airport

1125 Depart from Geneva TOM4609 for London Gatwick

1210 Arrive at London Gatwick, collect luggage & passport control
