Here are the provisional travel details for the Ski trip to Les Menuires 2016, I though it might be useful for you to know the travel itinerary.
At the Ski Trip information evening on Tuesday 1st November 1900-2000 I will have confirmation from our tour operator Skibound and will update you then if there are any changes to the details below.
| OUTBOUND journey - Saturday 10th December 2016 |
| 0345 Arrive at Shoreham College to register and load the coach |
| 0400 Leave for London Gatwick |
| 0500 Check-in at London Gatwick North Terminal |
| 0720 Depart BA2736 for Geneva |
| 1010 Arrive at Geneva, get luggage, depart by coach to Les Menuires |
| 1330/1400 (approx) Arrive at Clubhotel Skilt, Les Menuires |
| ** Please note that a packed lunch will be required as the first meal in the Hotel will be provided in the evening, although there will be some refreshments on the plane. Please make sure you don't pack liquids in hand luggage as this causes an issue with security at London Gatwick airport. We suggest buying a bottle of water at the airport after passing through security checks. |
| RETURN journey- Saturday 17th December 2016 |
| 0600 (TBC) Depart Les Menuires by coach |
| 0900 Check-in at Geneva (One) airport |
| 1105 Depart from Geneva BA2737 for London Gatwick |
| 1150 Arrive at London Gatwick, collect luggage & passport control |
| 1330 (TBC) Depart London Gatwick by coach for Shoreham College |
| 1430 Return to Shoreham College |
| All time quoted are local times, i.e times in France are 1 hour ahead. |
